ii. Respondent party with regard to the appellant (standing to be sued)
The case-law relating to the legal standing to be a respondent party in the proceedings before the Constitutional Court is immense. Most of those cases concern foreign legal entities which are not subject to the jurisdiction of BiH courts, such as the responsibility of a foreign bank3205 or of another state for settlement of a matter in which an appellant is interested.3206 The Constitutional Court also established that appeals were incompatible ratione personae with the BiH Constitution if they were directed against the incorrect public authorities3207
