The Peace Implementation Council is composed of 55 governments and organizations, including, inter alia, the UN, the EU, NATO, the OSCE, Council of Europe, and the World Bank.<span class=\"s1\"><sup>3576 <\/sup><\/span>The prospect for the country to join the European Union is beyond any doubt a driving force of the State policy. However, the fulfilment of the Copenhagen requirements is a long-term goal.
