This right is included in \u201cforeign policy\u201d within the meaning of Article III.1(a) and (b) of the BiH Constitution.<span class=\"s1\"><sup>2950 <\/sup><\/span>The Constitutional Court may determine the scope and limits of the right to establish special parallel relationships with neighbouring states with regard to the dispute under Article VI.3(a) of the BiH Constitution. The standard of review with regard to this procedure is, in addition to a special legal-constitutional mechanism for the establishment of special parallel relationships with neighbouring states, other constitutional rights.
